Shrink wrap Heat Proof Safety Gloves help to reduce the risk of injury that can occur during the shrink wrapping process.
We highly advise that safety gloves are worn for heat gun use during shrink wrapping:
- At the closest point to the flame source, temperatures can reach around 1100 degrees, which can cause significant harm to the operator if exposed to the flame.
- Safety Gloves protect the operator’s hands and lower arms from the high temperatures created from shrink wrapping.
- Further protection is also given during patting down of the shrink wrap to make welds, which would cause harm if directly touched.
