Jubilee Market Hall – Scaffold Shrink Wrap – Extreme Scaffolding

The traditional West End market building is being converted, and due to its prime location the client wanted the site to remain screened from the public using Tufcoat scaffold shrink wrap to minimise the risk of any falling debris and downtime due to poor weather conditions.

20 Southampton Street sits on the corner of London’s famous Jubilee Market at Covent Garden.

The alterations included a roof extension at fifth floor level and associated external alterations; change of use of first to fourth floors above Jubilee Market as nine residential flats, and changes to the lower ground floor as associated cycle parking and residential storage.

The Tufcoat team installed over 1350m² of 300µm flame retardant shrink wrap over a 3 day period for the four elevations of the site.
